Larry Banks is a Partner at Advanced LTC Insurance Services, LLC.  A distinguished LTC specialist with more than three decades of experience, Larry is responsible for developing and implementing distinctive long term care strategies and plans. As a partner with many providers, Larry supports the agency sales channel and the group departments in their effort to distribute quality programs to their individual and group clients. He works closely with brokers to help them understand and provide the best products to their clients, while working with underwriters at numerous companies to obtain the most favorable offers.


In 1990, after a 16-year career with a major insurance carrier, Larry launched LTC Insurance Services, Inc., a brokerage general agency and predecessor to Advanced LTC. Under his guidance, the company grew to one of the top LTC agencies with several insurance companies, setting the standard for quality service. In 2008, Larry and his Partner Barry Laufman created Advanced LTC Insurance Services, LLC, a full-service insurance agency, and acquired the business of the general agency LTC Insurance Services, Inc.

*Anyone not registering by 11/12/18  will be asked to pay $135 at the door

*Disclaimer: You must be a member of DCAHU to qualify for the member rate of $90. If you are not a member, but sign up at the $90 member rate, DCAHU requires that an additional $20 be submitted to total $110.

2018-2019 Meeting Refund Policy

*Members Only: DCAHU will allow members a ONETIME-PER BUDGET YEAR pass to roll over their lunch fees to the next meeting if they had a TRUE EMERGENCY that came up within 72 hours of the meeting and outside of the regular cancellation policy (72 hrs). If they DO NOT attend the next scheduled luncheon meeting, there will be NO REFUND, even if they have called to cancel that well in advance of the 72 hrs of that meeting.

*Non-Members: DCAHU requires a 72 hours cancellation notice prior to the meeting.
Any cancellation made after will not be refunded.
