Ryan Dorigan has been a regional sales manager with Applied General Agency for over 10 years.  AGA is the largest senior focused marketing agency on the west coast and in his time with this organization Ryan has completely revolutionized the way that independent brokers are trained in this industry and supported by their marketing organizations.

Ryan has spent two years as the VP of PAC for the Orange County Association of Health Underwriters.  He is currently the President Elect for the Orange County Association and serves as an at large member on the board of the California Association of Health Underwriters.  During his time as a member of this organization Ryan has traveled extensively all over the Country providing education and meeting with legislators to advance the role of the independent broker.

Ryan attended Fullerton College as a business major.  He has been married for 3 years to his soul mate Melissa.  They have two pugs and they just recently bought their first house.


Margaret Stedt (Maggie) LPRT, CSA

Margaret “Maggie” Stedt is Independent Contractor/Licensed Agent and Consultant. She is a Certified Senior Advisor and a member of NAHU’s Leading Producers Round Table at the Soaring Eagle Level. Mrs. Stedt has over 40 years of experience in essential areas of the insurance industry including sales and product development and management.

Maggie currently is President of The Hartley Group Inc. and manages Stedt Insurance Services. The firms specialize in consulting services and sales of insurance products including Medicare HMO, PDP and MediGap, individual life, health and group insurance products.

Maggie is the Immediate Past President of Orange County Health Underwriters (OCAHU). She is CAHU’s VP of Membership for 2017-2018, is the NAHU Region 8 Membership Chair 2014 – 2018 and serves on the NAHU National Medicare Advisory Committee. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster.

She was recently awarded NAHU’s Presidential Citation Award for 2017 and the Distinguished Service Award from the National Association of Health Underwriters in 2016.

Maggie and her husband of over 40 years, Jim, live in San Clemente, CA with 3 Siamese cats and enjoy spoiling their nieces and nephews!

All registrations will require concurrent payment. Online registration DEADLINE is 09/17/18:
$30 - members & non-members
*Anyone not registered by 09/17/18 online will be asked to pay $60 at the door.


2018-2019 Meeting Refund Policy

*Members Only: DCAHU will allow members a ONETIME-PER BUDGET YEAR pass to roll over their lunch fees to the next meeting if they had a TRUE EMERGENCY that came up within 72 hours of the meeting and outside of the regular cancellation policy (72 hrs). If they DO NOT attend the next scheduled luncheon meeting, there will be NO REFUND, even if they have called to cancel that well in advance of the 72 hrs of that meeting.

*Non-Members: DCAHU requires a 72 hours cancellation notice prior to the meeting. Any cancellation made after will not be refunded.
