COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course will examine how industry insights can be used to engage in strategic conversations with clients and prospects as a strategy to win new business. Brokers and consultants will learn about target marketing, modern prospecting methods and insight selling. The course will also demonstrate how to find prospects and generate lists using free database services.
George N. Papacalos, CLU, CHRS, is a Sales Executive with 25 years of experience at Kaiser Permanente. He has been in the insurance and financial services field for over 40 years with extensive experience in the small group market. A one-time independent insurance agency owner himself, George understands the brokerage community and the challenges of running a business. His areas of expertise are Business Development, Health Care Reform and Workforce Productivity. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist. George graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Lisa Nguyen is a highly motivated Sales Executive who brings over 9 years of experience at Kaiser Permanente. She focuses on customizing her approach, and deeply values her partnerships with Brokers, General Agency, and Exchange partners. Lisa is proactive, analytical, and solution oriented.

2022-2023 Meeting Refund Policy
*Members Only: DCAHU will allow members a ONETIME-PER BUDGET YEAR pass to roll over their lunch fees to the next meeting if they had a TRUE EMERGENCY that came up within 72 hours of the meeting and outside of the regular cancellation policy (72 hrs). If they DO NOT attend the next scheduled luncheon meeting, there will be NO REFUND, even if they have called to cancel that well in advance of the 72 hrs of that meeting.
*Non-Members: DCAHU requires a 72 hours cancellation notice prior to the meeting.
Any cancellation made after will not be refunded.
