Bio
Faith Borges is a Lobbyist with the firm California Advocates, where she provides professional advocacy services before the legislature and regulatory agencies. Among her esteemed clients, Faith has proudly represented the California Association of Health Underwriters for the last five years. Faith earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California Santa Barbara and went on to become a California Senate Fellow earning her graduate certificate in Applied Policy and Government from Sacramento State University. Prior to her current role, she served for years in both houses of the Legislature, and is a policy and strategy expert.

2021-2022 Meeting Refund Policy
*Members Only: DCAHU will allow members a ONETIME-PER BUDGET YEAR pass to roll over their lunch fees to the next meeting if they had a TRUE EMERGENCY that came up within 72 hours of the meeting and outside of the regular cancellation policy (72 hrs). If they DO NOT attend the next scheduled luncheon meeting, there will be NO REFUND, even if they have called to cancel that well in advance of the 72 hrs of that meeting.
*Non-Members: DCAHU requires a 72 hours cancellation notice prior to the meeting.
Any cancellation made after will not be refunded.
