Jim Moore is in his 31st year in the financial industry currently working at CPS Insurance Services. Prior to CPS, he was the RVP of Voya Financial, where he managed wholesaling retirement plans through a network of successful advisors, consultants, and TPAs. His expertise covers all delivery platforms including institutional, insurance, mutual fund, and payroll based. Jim has his MBA in Finance and Economics from Pepperdine University along with his series 7 and 63 license.
Taffy Guillen has been servicing qualified retirement plans for over 30 years. She is well versed in the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and focuses on plan design consulting with the intent to improve plan health. She has earned both the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation from the National Institute of Pension Administrators, along with her Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) from the Institute of Business and Finance.

*Members Only: DCAHU will allow members a ONETIME-PER BUDGET YEAR pass to roll over their lunch fees to the next meeting if they had a TRUE EMERGENCY that came up within 72 hours of the meeting and outside of the regular cancellation policy (72 hrs). If they DO NOT attend the next scheduled luncheon meeting, there will be NO REFUND, even if they have called to cancel that well in advance of the 72 hrs of that meeting.
*Non-Members: DCAHU requires a 72 hours cancellation notice prior to the meeting.
Any cancellation made after will not be refunded.
