In his product management leadership role at Word & Brown, Scott Diehl oversees software and insurance product strategy, including identification of market trends as well as consumer and broker demands in the competitive health insurance marketplace. He manages the strategic product roadmap for Word & Brown and all aspects of software and product development, including conception, evolution, launch, release management, and marketing to build maximum adoption. 

Previously, Scott was a Los Angeles area Regional Sales Manager at Word & Brown for two years. Before that, he was an independent broker for nearly three years and a senior product manager for a marketing and SEO firm for two years.

2019-2020 Meeting Refund Policy

*Members Only: DCAHU will allow members a ONETIME-PER BUDGET YEAR pass to roll over their lunch fees to the next meeting if they had a TRUE EMERGENCY that came up within 72 hours of the meeting and outside of the regular cancellation policy (72 hrs). If they DO NOT attend the next scheduled luncheon meeting, there will be NO REFUND, even if they have called to cancel that well in advance of the 72 hrs of that meeting.

*Non-Members: DCAHU requires a 72 hours cancellation notice prior to the meeting.
Any cancellation made after will not be refunded.
